In a private setting, I can work with your staff on a 1-on-1 basis. My role is to cut through the clutter and help them discover how they can eat to improve their personal health and well-being.
Tailored to individual needs, consultations may include the following:
- Holistic approach incorporating nutrition, lifestyle, well-being and fitness
- Evidence-based recommendations and advice
- Overview report of current diet – including realistic targeted changes and strategies to deal with potential barriers
- Body composition scan and measurements (Waist to hip ratio, weight, height, BMI, visceral fat level, body fat %, body age, resting metabolism)
- Cheat sheets and guides
Each individual is unique, hence we can work towards each individual’s nutrition and health goals.
Please take note of the following:
- Clients are required to fill out a confidential online questionnaire prior to engagement
- Availability of a room to provide private consultations
- Minimum of 5, maximum of 8 consultations per day
